Effective today, March 16th, in an effort to help limit the spread of the virus, TPM will be closing both the theatre and our office from now until mid April. This means the cancellation of our presentation of Take d’ Milk, Nah? in association with Pandemic Theatre and Rumble Theatre with support from b current, which was scheduled to begin previews this week. In addition, in order to give Ephemeral Artifacts the best support possible we will be postponing this production until next season. If you have bought a ticket to any of these shows, we are providing the following options:
- You can convert your ticket(s) into a donation for which we will gratefully issue you a tax receipt.
- We can offer you a credit for up to 18 months for future TPM season performances.
- Refund (ticket price).
If you have any ticketing related questions please email the box office by clicking here. We will be reaching out to ticket holders as soon as possible to discuss arrangements.
Our permanent staff will continue to work remotely, as we plan for 2020-2021 Season. In light of these cancellations, please note that artists, contract workers and part-time staff are being compensated as scheduled. Theatre Passe Muraille is committed to supporting our community during these exceptional circumstances, which is why we are asking you to consider a donation to offset our losses, if it is within your capacity.
At Theatre Passe Muraille, we want to do everything we can to protect the health of our community. We will continue to assess the situation as it evolves and will update the community on any further development via email and social media.
