Box Office

Welcome!

For our 20.21 season, Theatre Passe Muraille will be implementing a Pay-What-You-Can-Afford model. The ticket prices this season are: $5, $25, and $50 for our Season Productions (and $5, $10, and $20 for our BUZZ Development Series.) In order to remove barriers in our pricing, we are offering three price points so that a wide range of audiences are able to attend our 20.21 Season. We encourage audiences to make their own choices about what they can afford in order to experience theatre.

Those purchasing at the $50 price point will do so with the understanding that their ticket price is helping to subsidize the $5 ticket price, and in doing so, making theatre more accessible for others.

May I take your arm? A Theatre Passe Muraille and Red Dress production co-production with the support of Common boots theatre. Image has a red background and an image of Alex smiling

Blind artist Alex Bulmer takes the arm of people in her new neighbourhood. Together, they walk, listen, and share life stories — an architecture of place emerges. Experience their journeys through these multi-sensory moving-portraits that consider the past, illuminate the present, and evoke possible futures.

Originally created in 2018 as a live, interactive, performance installation, May I Take Your Arm? has been re-imagined into a 7-part multidisciplinary follow-at-home experience — including a limited edition, hand-made, tactile accordion book, designed by artist Anna Camilleri.

How it works

hands are resting on a Mac computer as the screen shows excerpts from Alex Bulmer in May I take your arm? Graphic is red with white lines on each side.

The virtual stage will be FREE (no tickets necessary) and become available to access starting June 14th on the May I Take Your Arm website, which will be the “stage” of the show. Designed by artist Wy Joung Kou.

hands from top right corner hold a hand-made accordion book, which has various textures created through paper cutting, foraged items and folded pages.

This limited edition, hand-made book by artist Anna Camilleri is a mailed, tactile portion of the May I Take Your Arm? experience. The show can be experienced with OR without the book.

The TPM building will turn into an outdoor installation, illuminated June 24-26.

Ephemeral Artifacts

An Anandam DanceTheatre Production in association with Theatre Passe Muraille

This edition of Ephemeral Artifacts is conceived as a 4 channel video, light and sonic installation on the outside of our historic building — and features Tap Dancer Travis Knights in a sustained state of reflection and gratitude toward The DaNcE* and the people who helped to shape it with their passion.

In doing so, this edition of Ephemeral Artifacts draws from ĀNANDAṀ’s interdisciplinary practices, and moves the “body” to the exterior of Theatre Passe Muraille building, a venue with a history and commitment to alternative theatre that reaches beyond spaces, even during its absence.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

This is an outdoor installation — There are no tickets or registration required to view it. We strongly encourage visitors to keep safe distances and follow public health & safety protocols as dictated by the province.

Theatre Passe Muraille hosts numerous rental performances throughout the year. Please visit our Arts Box Office below for tickets to all external shows!
